The room was modern and quite spacious. Wireless charging was available at both bedsides, VERY convenient. Dining and shopping options were quite convenient, too.
The room was noisy. The temperature control was difficult to manage, as it kept reverting to a cold setting. This made for an uncomfortable night.

i emailed prior to my stay asking for a room with a bathtub but it wasn't accommodated. it was disappointing because i had to get ready for dinner with my kids and didn't have time to change rooms.

Ample parking was available underneath the hotel at a reasonable rate. The location provided easy access to Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf, and Barangaroo with just a short walk. The room felt spacious and modern. It included wireless charging at both bedsides.
The gym had limited equipment. I found only two treadmills and two bikes. Unfortunately one bike was out of order. There was a dumbbell rack available, but there wasn't a bench provided to use with them.

The complex offered many dining options. I found a great selection of restaurants within walking distance (I especially liked the Italian one!). Breakfast options were varied and met different dietary needs.

the location was acceptable because it was connected to the star.
The breakfast buffet required a walk to the adjacent casino, i found this quite inconvenient. the room temperature was also a problem because cold air entered through gaps in the floor to ceiling glass windows. It made the room very uncomfortable.
